Collaboration

We work closely with local stakeholders, NGOs, self-help groups, government agencies, and international partners to maximise our impact and achieve common goals efficiently and sustainably.

Our Approach

Our guiding principle is self-reliance with self-dignity. This principle emphasises fostering empowerment within individuals and organisations, recognising and embracing inherent strengths, talents, and resilience. By promoting self-dignity and empowerment, we encourage communities to take ownership of their development journey and build a brighter future.ERA-UK takes a holistic approach to development. We engage with registered welfare groups across Eritrea who seek our partnership in their identified projects.

Within our limited capacity, we endeavour to support sustainable projects that promote education, healthcare, infrastructure, economic empowerment, and cultural preservation. By working collaboratively with local stakeholders, local NGOs, self-help groups, and government agencies, we amplify our impact and reach, fostering unity and solidarity to achieve common goals.

Africa's wealth is not measured by its natural resources: it is measured by the well-being and prosperity of its people!
